Zen Deck Oasis: Work Agreement for Cherie Hill

BETWEEN: Patricia Parks, Vegan Chef’s Garden Co. 3723 Denville Trace SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30331 (The "Consultant")
AND: Cherie Hill 525 Fundao Lane, Lawrenceville Georgia 30046 (The "Client")
1. Scope of Service
The Consultant will provide professional concierge sourcing and installation services for a bespoke culinary garden. This includes:
Assembly of one (1) Outsunny wood raised garden bed.
Custom-lining and engineering of the "Hydration Hearth" sub-irrigation reservoir system.
Professional repotting and soil enrichment for Client’s existing nursery plants (Blueberries, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers).
Sourcing and installation of mature heirloom varieties and modern black container accents.
Integration and setup of Client-provided Amazon trellises.
2. Payment Terms
The total project investment is split into two distinct payments:
Service Deposit:$315.00 (Tax-Free). This covers professional design, concierge sourcing, and installation labor. Due upon signing to secure the installation date.
Materials & Procurement: Final balance covering physical goods (raised bed, soil, amendments, new plants, and pots) plus applicable Georgia sales tax. Due on the day of installation.
3. Materials & Asset Ownership
All materials are hand-selected by the Consultant to ensure aesthetic and horticultural excellence. The Client agrees to reimburse for the final procurement list as outlined in the Culinary Roadmap.
4. Plant Care & Success Disclaimer
Vegan Chef’s Garden Co. utilizes premium organic amendments and professional planting techniques. However, because we are incorporating pre-existing nursery plants and gardening is subject to environmental factors, the Consultant cannot guarantee the survival or yield of pre-existing plants. Once the "Chef’s Care Plan" is handed over at installation, ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the Client.
5. Installation Access
The Client will ensure access to the deck area and a functional water source on the scheduled day of installation.
Acceptance: By clicking "Accept Terms & Pay Deposit" and completing the checkout process, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Work Agreement.
