For over two decades, I mastered the art of the plate. Today, I am redefining the source. As a Culinary Garden Specialist, Consultant and Chef, I believe that true vitality is not found on a shelf, but cultivated in the earth. My philosophy remains the foundation of everything I do: the finest flavor begins in the soil.

Vegan Chef’s Garden Co. has evolved into more than a consultancy; it is a hub for agricultural empowerment and nature-based wellness. While I design bespoke edible landscapes for families and lead resilience workshops for global teams, my commitment extends far beyond the private gate. I believe that food independence and garden education belong to the entire community.

Through free public workshops and local partnerships- such as my work with Everybody Eats ATL- I am dedicated to bridging the gap between nutrition and the earth. This Spring, I am honored to mentor Spelman College interns side-by-side in the garden, fostering the next generation of green leaders. We don’t just plant gardens; we grow foundation for a healthier, more connected collective.
