My Story & Mission…
Hello, I’m Patricia Parks, a Culinary Garden Specialist and Chef. I believe that true health, resilience, and flavor start not in a pill bottle or a grocery aisle, but in the soil.
After two decades in the culinary world, perfecting quality and service, I saw the profound connection between the ingredients we source and the lives we lead. I realized that helping people perfect a plate wasn’t enough; I needed to help them perfect the source. I saw the stress, fatigue, and sickness epidemic —and found the answer in the garden. This pivot allowed me to fuse my culinary standards with regenerative garden principles.
Today, my mission is to empower individuals and organizations to reclaim their vitality. I work with busy families across Atlanta, designing custom edible gardens and teaching them how to cultivate food independence and unmatched flavor. I also partner with companies globally, offering nature-based team wellness workshops to combat burnout and build emotional resilience in high-performing teams.
